City Experiences is seeking a Boat Cleaner in Marina del Rey

About You :

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity :

Successful candidates will be motivated self-starters who are dependable, have a positive attitude and possess good communication skills.

You will work in a fast paced environment, keeping the vessels, piers and facilities clean and Show Ready at all times. Reliability and flexible schedule is a must.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Ability to problem solve basic repairs
• Ability to lift 50 pounds (Requirement)
• Ability to scale ladders
• Comply with safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Cleaning common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways) including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, emptying trash, etc.
• Assist with maintaining inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications :

• 1-year minimum experience in Cleaning and Maintenance is helpful
• Knowledge of power tools
• Bi-lingual is a plus English / Spanish
